新北-淡水早午餐美食Life探咖啡館｜簡餐、輕食、咖啡、下午茶複合式餐廳 Life Tan Café ｜Danshui Taipei Restaurant @ Mr.Chih’s Bilingual Lifestyle

最近因為有驗車的需求，特別找了一家離家很近的驗車廠（聯全汽車有限公司），無意間遇到這家特色餐廳！

這家叫「Life探咖啡館」隱身在淡水區淡江科學園區的辦公大樓旁，是淡水區少見的複合式餐廳，結合簡餐🍱、輕食🍳、咖啡☕️、下午茶🧇 X 3C週邊產品 X 保養品等商品。

Recently, I need to get my vehicle inspected for mandatory annual safety inspection, so I bring it to nearby inspection station(聯全汽車有限公司) in Danshui. Life Tan Café is unique oasis that I surprisingly came across. It is somewhat hidden in Tamkang Science Park, the location is next to inspection station where I get my car inspected. It’s quite rare that you can find this kind of typical fusion Café in Danshui; you can see the perfect integration of light meal, coffee, tea , desserts, electronic devices and skincare products into this Café.

從門口看進去就可以馬上感受到內部裝潢相當雅緻，搭配黃色暖光，很像來到精品店一樣。

I instantly feel that Interior decor is extraordinary-looking when I look inside the Café through front door. With warm lighting scheme, it kind of resembles boutique.

用餐環境相當的寬敞，座位的數量也相當多，即便平日中午時段客人很多，但也不用擔心沒位置，用餐的氛圍也很有寧靜優雅之感，非常推薦給喜歡安靜的旅人和自由工作者。

這家店也是淡水區的包場餐廳首選，部份座位區附有螢幕投影設備，可提供包場服務，非常適合商業會議、家庭餐敘、舉辦講座、聯誼活動餐會等。

As you can see from the pictures, the Café is so spacious and there’re many tables available, even though many people throng the Café during busy hours(lunch time). It has relaxed atmosphere, and is surprisingly tranquil during busy hours. We HIGHLY recommend this Café to freelancer and tourists who love tranquil atmosphere.

This Café is the best spot to hire entire venue for events, business meetings and family parties in Danshui. AV equipment is available: PA and projector( to connect to hirer’s own laptop via HDMI port)images or video is projected directly onto screen and white wall.

Life Tan Café is operated by their hybrid business model. They perfectly combine their Café with other merchandise — such as electronic devices and skincare products. Not only can you enjoy their delicate dishes and beverage but you can also experience smart home technology and organic skincare products. No doubts, this is the most iconic fusion Café in Danshui.

本店是採自助式的服務，不另收服務費，餐具、調味料、菜單、打包帶等皆可在自助區自取。

Dishes will be delivered to the tables by staff, but there’s no need to pay service charge because no cutlery is pre-set on tables. They set up self-service area where you help yourself to collect cutlery, water, doggy bag, tissue and condiment.

餐點精緻多樣化，有簡餐、輕食、炸物、下午茶、咖啡、茶飲、餅乾類甜點等多樣選擇，鬆餅是下午2點後才供應。

From brunch to beverage, they offer variety of delicate dishes from their full menu such as brunch, light meal, fries, dessert, coffee, tea and juice. Waffle will be available after 2 pm.

▲ 鐵板蔥爆炒牛肉 Scallion Beef Stir Fry $220

這道是採用鐵板燒的調味和料理手法，牛肉的熟度和油度都控制得恰到好處，配菜也給的很大方，搭配水煮蛋完美中和了油膩感，是非常下飯的一道餐點！

This dish is really appetizing that uses teppanyaki’s cooking method and seasoning. Beef has perfect degree of doneness and oiliness, the serving size of side dish is quite decent. The boiled egg of side dish perfectly cuts off oiliness.

份量十足，排骨炸得外皮酥脆，肉質紮實多汁！

Decent serving size as well. I savor every bites because It‘s got very firm flesh and the texture is crispy on the outside and succulent inside.

▲ 紫菜蛋花湯 Seaweed Egg Drop Soup

特別要讚賞一下，配菜附的湯品裡面滿滿的都是紫菜和蛋花，料非常厚實！

I would like to give credit to this soup side dish. It’s full of seaweed and egg ribbons. I would say, this is the most sumptuous Seaweed Egg Drop Soup I’ve ever had.

▲ 檸檬香炒松阪豬 Stir-fried Matsusaka Pork with Lemon Sauce $160

這是一道清爽又開胃的料理，香氣十足，配上檸檬汁大大降低松阪豬的油膩感，整體口感又更加清爽！

This dish is really fresh and appetizing and the lemon aroma filled the air. With lemon sauce, it significantly cuts off oiliness of Matsusaka pork.

▲ 馬鈴薯沙拉熱壓吐司套餐🍞 Hot Pressed Sandwich with Potato Salad(Combo) $115

熱壓後的吐司酥脆又熱騰騰的，夾上生菜、起司、番茄、馬鈴薯沙拉，整體口味十分清爽，套餐附上炸洋蔥圈、薯條、熱狗，吃完相當有飽足感，是一道經典又不敗的早午餐輕食

Hot pressed toast is hot and crunchy on the outside with lettuce, sliced tomato, cheese and potato salad. The flavor is so fresh and this sandwich combo, served with chips, fried onion rings and hot dog. It’s such a filling dish as well as typical brunch light meal.

▲ 照燒豬肉排熱壓吐司🍞 Hot Pressed Teriyaki Pork Sandwich $80

熱壓後的吐司，中間夾上豬肉排、生菜、嫩蛋、培根、小黃瓜，用料相當的厚實，熱騰騰的口感美味又營養。

It served with sliced pork, lettuce, omelet, bacon and cucumber. Such nutrient-rich and healthy meal with sumptuous ingredients.

菜單的飲品都是店家嚴選的優質飲品，份量實在，如果喝不完的話，可以請店員幫你裝外帶杯。

All the beverages from the menu are strictly selected by this Café. Such decent serving size and you can also take out if you’re not able to drink up.

▲ 雪球餅乾 Snowball Cookie $35～$40

店家不僅提供外帶飲品的服務，櫃檯也有「手工核桃雪球餅乾」可以外帶，是用日本三溫糖製作，核桃顆粒搭配濃郁奶油香氣，口感層次豐富，適合跟咖啡一起外帶的小點心！

Not only can you get your coffee to go, but also you can buy snack “snowball cookie” at service counter as well. It has rich buttery and walnut taste, which is incredibly complex in texture. With Japan three temperature sugar, the sweetness is even milder. Snowball cookie will be your best grab-and-go snack.
